Delivery Terms

Miwi Jewels products are delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer when placing the order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Shipping to Austria costs €5.00; shipping is free for orders of €100.00 or more.
Shipping to European Union countries costs €11.00.

Orders are generally shipped within 2–3 business days of receiving the order. Delivery times vary approximately from 2 days to one week, depending on the postal service and destination.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, for example due to product unavailability, the customer will be promptly notified.
